Benefits of Scholarship
The Jiangsu University Presidential Scholarship in China is partially funded and offers the following benefits.
For the Bachelor’s Program
- Type A: Scholars will receive an allowance of CNY 10,000 (for the first year only).
- Type B: Scholars will receive an allowance of CNY 10,000 (every year).
For the Master’s Program
- Type A: Scholars will receive an allowance of CNY 25,000.
- Type B: Scholars will receive an allowance of CNY 20,000.
It will be renewed after the first year of scholarship, depending on the academic performance.
For the PhD Program
- Type A: Scholars will receive tuition & accommodation fees and an extra allowance of CNY 5,000.
- Type B: Scholars will receive tuition and accommodation fees.

Eligibility Criteria

- You must be an international student or a citizen outside China.
- You must hold an Intermediate degree to be admitted to BS, a Bachelor’s degree to be admitted to MS, and a Master’s degree to be admitted to PhD.
- You must be 25 years of age to be a Bachelor’s student, 30 years of age to be a Master’s student, and 40 years of age to be a Doctoral student.
- You must be proficient in English/Chinese, depending on the course.
