Eligibility Criteria

Applicants to the Dongbei University Chinese Government Scholarship Program must meet the requirements outlined below.

You must be a non-Chinese national.
You must be enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral degree in the respective field.
To seek admission to an MPhil program, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree, and your age must be up to 35 years.
To seek admission to a Doctoral program, you must possess a Master’s degree, and your age must be up to 40 years.
You must have English proficiency proof to pursue an English-taught program and Chinese proficiency proof to pursue a Chinese-taught program.
You must demonstrate good health, academic excellence, strong research potential, and a clean criminal record.
