The Alliance of International Science Organisations is a non-profit, private, global institution. It was established in 2018 by the Chinese Academy of Science in association with several universities and research labs. It aims to improve regional and international capability in science and technology, along with human well-being, to promote comprehensive collaborations.

ANSO funds the students pursuing Master’s and PhD degrees in any of these institutes (University of Science and Technology of China, the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences all over China. Benefits of an Internship

The Alliance of International Science Organisations offers fully funded scholarships for 2026-27 with the following benefits.

  • Full tuition fee.
  • A monthly allowance of 3000 CNY for Master’s students (up to 36 months) and 6000-7000 CNY for PhD students (up to 48 months, if the students pass the university qualification test).
  • Health insurance
  • Full application fee.
  • One-way airfare ticket from the home country to China.
  • One-time visa/residence permit stipend.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the fully funded ANSO Scholarships available in China for 2026-27 must meet the requirements below.

  • Only non-Chinese students are eligible to apply.
  • You must hold a Bachelor’s degree to enrol in an MS program and a Master’s degree to enrol in a Doctoral program.
  • You must not be a full-time student at any other university in China.
  • Your age must be less than 32 years for admission to a Master’s degree and less than 37 years for admission to a PhD degree.
  • You must be proficient in English or the Chinese language.
