Eligibility Criteria
Students applying for the Canada Graduate Research Scholarships at the University of Guelph must satisfy the criteria below.
- Canadian citizens or permanent residents are qualified to apply.
- You must hold a Bachelor’s degree for admission to an MS program.
- You must be enrolled in a research-oriented Master’s degree program at the University of Guelph that requires a thesis or research, rather than a course-based program.
- You must possess an excellent academic record.
How to Apply
Students can submit their applications for Canada Graduate Research Scholarships at the University of Guelph through the process below.
- Before applying for the scholarship, you must apply for admission to a Master’s degree at the University of Guelph.
- Get the scholarship application through any of the agencies’ Research Portal (NSERC, CIHR, or SSHRC).
